"I’ve used Todd Main’s State Farm office for over 20 years, always working with Tanya, and never had an issue. I insured multiple rental properties and vehicles through them without a problem—until Tanya left. Since then, the service has been a disaster. In May 2024, I spoke with Angela to cancel my car insurance for a vehicle I sold in February. She told me I needed proof of sale to get back-paid and that she would wait for that before processing the back pay. However, she never noted our conversation and never canceled the policy—something that should have been done immediately, regardless of back-pay. By September, I realized I was still being charged and called again. This time, I spoke with Andrew, who assured me he would cancel the policy and backdate it 30–60 days. Fast forward to March 2025, and I discovered I was still being charged. That means I’ve paid nearly $1,000 for insurance on a car I haven’t owned in over a year. Not once did they admit fault or apologize, despite clear proof of my conversations with them. No notes, no follow-through, no accountability. Whether this is incompetence or something more shady, I can’t say. But I wouldn’t trust this office with a penny going forward. Since Tanya left, this office has been completely unreliable. If you value competent service, look elsewhere."
